* 1/2 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
* 1 Cardamom seed
* 12 oz. of water
* Honey

Combine all except the honey the ingredients then boil it for about 5-10 minutes then strain and then you can now add the honey (depends on you how many amounts you will add that will suit your taste.)
