Garlic is well known for its culinary use and health benefits. A garlic looks like a bulb that is composed of 8 to 20 cloves shaped like a teardrop and protected by a white skin. A 100 gram of garlic can give you these nutrients vitamin B6, C, manganese, phosphorus, thiamin, pantothenic acid, dietary minerals, calcium, iron, and zinc.

As I have said garlic has many kinds of health benefits it is used for many kinds of conditions related to the heart and blood system.

While some people use it to prevent cancers such as colon cancer, rectal cancer, stomach cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, multiple myeloma, and lung cancer.

Fried garlic chips


1 cup of oil
1/4 cup of very thinly sliced garlic


Put the oil in a pot then preheat it then put the sliced garlic into the pot and be careful not to burn them. This takes about 1-2 minutes after that remove the cooked garlic using a slotted spoon then drain the oil on a paper towel.
