Diet Tips For People Who Are Willing To Get Fit With Methods That Are Possible To Anyone





Many people have dreamed to be fit but the problem is how do you do it? There are many ways of methods you can use, some are extreme which includes the "NO RICE DIET" and that kind of way is kinda hard to adapt. But don't worry as I have said there are many ways to get fit.

Facebook user Khumbella shared her tips towards losing some weights for beginners and also for people who want an extreme method.

IMPORTANT TIPS : Kung tamad mo pa gawin lahat yan magstart ka muna sa #7 WATER THERAPY for health and weight loss (to lose weight / to have a good metabolism) eto una ko ginawa
Or Kung may budget ka mag Lipton green tea kanadin before matulog o pagkakaen 2-3glass a day malakas makaburn ng fats (pangdiet talaga)

1) Kung bago ka palang nagsisimula/magsisimula magdiet wag na wag mo gagawin ang NO RICE DIET bes 😬

*Sige unang araw kunwari pursigido kana magdiet maghapon kang magtitiis ng gutom pagdating ng gabi sasabihin mo hindi mo kaya mangyayare bigla kang lalamon bes! 😂😂😂 (alam ko marami makakarelate dito haha sabay sabihin pa bukas na talaga promise , niloko mo lang sarili mo bes 😂) nagalit na nga bituka mo pinahirapan mo pa sarili mo 🙈🙄🤣
2)Akala mo nagda diet ka pag biscuit o tinapay lang kinakaen mo?
*Kakaen ka ng tinapay 1-4 slices ng tinapay/tasty e daig mo pa ng 2cup of rice dun tas Hindi kapa nabusog bigla kapa babanat ng kaen ng kanin 😂 ibig sabihin lampas 2-3cup of rice agad ganern?
*kung magtinapay/biscuit ka piliin mo oat or wheat bread 🍞 para healthy na di kapa tataba
3)Lagi ka mag prutas kahit ano para may lakas ka
*ako madalas nung una nagpipigil kumaen lage ako may kamote at saging mabigat yun sa tyan maganda din pang diet.
4) Wag na wag ka magskip ng meal breakfast,lunch at dinner (1 cup of rice every meal pwede or oatbread or wheat bread ) basta kakaen ka sa oras mas nakakataba kase ang pagkaen ng wala sa oras lalo na pag yung sobra kang gutom sabay lamon 😂😂😂
5)magkarne kapa din okay lang piliin mo lang wag matatabang pagkaen katulad sa parte ng manok alam naman naten breast chicken maganda sa naggym o nagdadiet.(para daw Hindi lawlaw maging balat) Wag lang sobraa
(Nasanay ako sa manok kaya madalang na ko kumaen ng baboy lalo pagmatataba di ko na gusto nung nagtagal )
6)iwas sa junkfoods/process foods bes okay lang kumaen pero wag sobra unti unti mawawala din yan.
7)WATER THERAPY Eto ginagawa ko every morning pagkagising yung wala pang laman ang tyan mo inom ka isang basong maligamgam na tubig o mainit init basta yung kaya mo (lakas makaburn ng fats nito lalo pag araw arawin mo, marami pating health benefits) para to lalo sa mga constipated na tulad ko ***imbes na malamig na tubig mainit init na tubig madalas iniinom ko***
8)Dahil marami tea sa trabaho ko, nagtsaa ako lage di ko gusto ang tsaa date pero now sanay na ko pwede mo lagyan mo ng pure honey para masarap pwede din lemon lagyan or kung tea lang (GREEN TEA PANG DIET TALAGA )
(nakakaganda ng aura at kutis pati kaya payat karamihan sa chinese mahilig sila sa tsaa)
Kung walang tea magmaligamgam na tubig kana lang lage imbis na malamig na tubig
*minsan nainom ako isang kutsarang honey a day ginagawa kong vitamins ❤️ yung puro ha wag yung maasukal
9) Exercise ka bes 5-10 mins okay na yun kahit anong exercise basta pagpawisan
*Stretching ka muna buong katawan para di ka maipitan ugat or di manakit katawan mo after

10) madalas ko palang gamit na pangkaen tinidor lang(ewan ko kung nakakatulong ba yun di kase malaki ang subo ng pagkaen e haha 😂
Lagi pati ako may gulay kada kaen, pag wala ako time magluto basta di ako nagpapalipas ng gutom minsan oatmeal,kamote o saging or wheat bread or oat bread ganon
Malakas nga din pala makataba mga pasta, pancit ganern.
***Jogging once a week kahit lakad lang maganda yung paputok na araw di mo naman need manakbo kahit walking lang okay na***
Pag nagawa o naiwasan nyo yan healthy kana, mamayat kapa ng di nahihirapan
September 17
Naka 1week na yata ako nito na ginawa yung mga nasa post ko . Kumakaen padin ako madalas pero nasimulan ko na iwas an mga nakakataba lalo na mga tinapay, biscuits, junkfoods process foods.
Nag start na din ako lage magmaligamgam na tubig o tsaa.

October 4
Ayan na namayat na ulet si besh, 😂 tuloy tuloy ko lang yung mga nasa post ko at natuklasan ko pa ngayon na mas mabilis pala makaburn ng fats pala pag green tea ang iniinom. 2-3 glass ako madalas a day. After ko kumaen ng kanin uminom ako agad yun ang ginagawa kong tubig hot green tea (Lipton green tea iniinom ko)

Sept 2 unang gabi ko nagtry magdiet pero napakaen padin ako ng kanin haha. Ang hirap diet daw pero kakaen madami. 😂
